I have a problem with my 73 rx2 not starting. I bought the car with crane cams ignition. car ran alright. When i use the car it will start but on the 4th or 5th try to start the car it wont start. I even replaced the crane cams ignition with leading direct fire ignition and the car still does the same thing. I also put in a new starter. could the ignition switch itself be bad? Or is it something else? thanks

i checked the compression its at 120 per rotor.....i wonder why she wont start?

 

patsrx2 Sounds like an ignition problem...

John u will need a ton of minor mods to bolt up a t2 block into ur rx2.
