20B Swap Question?
Go into the 20B section of the forum. You will find any answer you need for a 20B swap. If you are doing all of the fab work, you are looking at 15k+ IMHO. If someone else is doing the work 30k+ on the low end and there are guys who have 100k into their 3 rotors.

Very hard. Even professional shops tend to take about 3 months to perform the conversion. You are better off buying one that has already been converted.
