1st start up in months?!
So i've been in the middle swapping the transmission on my FC since February. but like always money is a issue. So now i'm just about ready to finish my swap. But my concern is that the car hasn't been turned on for over half a year and i'm afraid if there will be any damage done to the rotors or anything for that matter because of a dry start... Should i pre-lube system? and if so how can i do this?

If it hasn't ran in a year or so,then I would squirt some Fogging oil or motor oil in the plug holes and rotate the engine like 90 degrees every day, manually( 19mm bolt on the front main pulley) for 3 days..just to lube the internals.
then when you put the battery to it,roll it over without plugs and EGI Fuse for a couple seconds..then put plugs in,EGI fuse in.
try a start up.

Well if this makes you feel any better, my rx7 sat for 6+ years.... I poured a little ATF (dex/merc trans fluid) in the rotor housings through the spark plug holes, and rotated it clockwise until I felt it seemed completely smooth. It ran a little rough with the ATF in there when it did fire, but it ran great afterwards!
