1993 Stock twin turbos with a street port.

Would a street port be worth it if the engine is still using the stock twin turbos, or would there be problems?

There is no problem doing so, but you would then be looking at other upgrades. You are crossing the line into standalone territory. The FD stock ECU can't compensate for increased airflow so anything after minor modding requires an ECU that can.
