OH 1991 Convertible Electrical Issues

I am having what seems like electrical issues with my 91 vert., My seat belt warning light and buzzer do not work, the Air Bag activation light, and the security system are not working. Any ideas of what is causing this and how to fix? THANKS.

The seat belt warning and the security sys are both controlled by the CPU. You can work through the tests in the body electrical section of the FSM here:

Its a 1991 with air bags? I didn't even know any of these had air bags so I'm not sure what to do.

Thanks Crimson Pride, I appreciate the pdf and info on the CPU. Yes my 91 vert, has an airbag in the steering wheel. This was factory.
