First off, let me introduce myself as I am new to this forum, my name is Brian, and I just aquired a 1985 GSL-SE (13b). Which this car has been sitting a while, and I got it running, but it had high rpm fade around 3k, (only with load on the engine) in which it was a fuel pressure issue. So I pulled the gas tank, cleand the pick up tubes, new filter in gas tank, new filter after fuel pump, and new fuel pump, and cleaned the witch hat strainer in the line before the fuel pump, which was very clogged. Now that I am trying to start it, no power is getting to the fuel pump, but when i use the jumper wire (next to air box) the fuel pump runs, so im trying to look for a relay or fuse or something that may be causeing this problem, any one have any ideas, or have run into this problem before??
