Might be the TPS in need of adjustment or a vacuum leak or both. The TPS has a Green/Red wire connected to it among others and the Green/Red wire needs to have 1 volt on it w/key to on after the engine has been thoroughly warmed up. There is a screw covered in a spring located on the front of the throttle linkage that is used to set the TPS to 1 volt if it is out of adjustment.
