So i just bought my s4 a couple days ago and above 4k rpm it pours out smoke. The car has sat for 15 years and as far as we know its not burning oil or coolant.

After further review we believe that we are burning more oil than it should. we don't know whether its the oil metering pump pushing too much oil through or we have bad seals

OMP flow is directly linked to throttle position on S4s. Worn oil control rings are more likely, as the inside of the rotors is cooled with oil.

Have you done a compression test? The oil issues may be coincidental, but I believe an engine rebuild may be in your future.
