The starter engages? Have you checked for spark/fuel? Does the main relay click w/key to on?

It gets a spark and fuel I have toggle switch for fuel and tried turning on with both on/off possition never gave a problem before, starter engages with no problem, main relay is the 80A one in fuse box correct?

How did you test for fuel? Have you tried deflooding the engine. Will it start briefly with the use of starter fluid. Maybe a compression test is in the offing.

What test for fuel do you mean?, I feel like it floods pretty much immediately, because after I turn key to off I hear what seems like fuel moving down(sorry if explination is horrible), removed egi fuse, I haven't tried starter fluid where would I spray the starter fluid at?, as far as compression testing can I just use regular compression tester?

Fuel pump works w/key to start and not to on.

A proper way to deflood the engine would be to remove a spark plug from each housing, pull an EGI fuse and turn the engine over to expel excess fuel.

You would squirt 1 to 2 seconds of spray into the air intake duct cowl.

A compression tester w/the schrader valve is a must.

If you have a fuel cut switch it should be really easy to figure out if it is working properly or not.

don't you mean with the schrader valve removed from the bottom?

I mean it if the tester has no valve at all then they are less reliable.
