1987 fc 13bt swap

I have a 1987 fc with a 13b in it . What all would I need besides engine/tranny for a 13bt swap?
New computer ?

boost sensor,air flow meter,appropriate harness( either modified N/A harness or the TII harness)..ECU..
drivetrain to hook up the Trans to the N?A Diff or just swap out the whole rear end.
This stuff is Frequently asked so if you look you will find..it's nothing new around here!
