I recently pulled the old tired 13b out of my se and put a 4 port 13 in its place. Same ignition system, but now the tach will jump around and or not work. Other times its fine. I've tried trouble shooting the wiring, to no avail, but I have also been told that it could be an ignitor thats about to die. Any ideas?

if the wiring checks out, then yes, my thoughts would next go to the trailing igniter.
