FL 1986 RX7 injectors

installed a new 13B engine in my 1986 RX7 and now have constant voltage to the injectors. I think they are supposed to pulse but don't know where to start looking. Any help is greatly appreciated

They are supposed to pulse, look for a short in the wiring.

No need to look for a short. A multimeter can't detect the pulse of an injector. It will just show up as constant power.

You will need a Noid light or a Scope to see the pulse, with a mutilmeter it will show constant voltage. And make sure when checking injector pulse your car cranking the starter or the injectors will not pulse.

If your multimeter can measure frequency it can measure the pulses.

There is supposed to be constant voltage to the injectors. The ECU fires the injctor by pulling the other pin to ground.
