1984 GSL-SE 13B will not start

ok i drove the car 30 miles 2 days ago then later on that day i went to start it and it cranked an cranked an killed the starter. so the next day the 23rd i replaced the starter and cranked it an it will turn over an not fire. I pulled the plugs cleaned them up an tested them for spark an they all sparked. while i had the plugs pulled i pulled the engine fuse an cranked over to clear then engine i could hear the compression come out the spark plug ports so i reinstalled the plugs then sprayed 1/2 bottle of sea foam in the throat of the therottle body an cranked it over to get the seafoam in the engine then let it sit all night. so today I reinstalled the engine fuse an cranked it over it let out some pops and smoke and damn near started an then just cranked. so i put more sea foam in the intake an circilated it in the engine and have it sitting again while i charge the battery. i also smell gas in the intake so i know it is getting fuel as well. IS it just severely flooded? what else can i do?? please help. thank you for your time an input. - Jerry

the simple answer is yes. it's probably just flooded and the plugs are fouled. i would do the de-flood procedure again and start with new plugs.

You say you moved... Have you made an appreciable change in altitude? Perhaps opening the air intake for carb?

Joke's on me. The notation Moved: seems to refer to someone moving your post? Not your declaration of a relocation. It's still good to consider your air.
