AB 1979 turbo build

Hi guys, this is my first post but these forums are the only reason my car even exists. I have been reading up, studying and stealing your knowledge for quite some time in order to build my car.

What I have so far is a stripped 1979 7 with a 1991 s5 motor sitting on the 1991 motor mounts and crossmember. I have installed the 1991 suspension and brakes to the fc crossmember (jic adjustable coilovers). The engine has a greddy t67 25g turbo and all the trimmings that come with that kit (bov, wastegate, trust fmic, downpipe, lighter pulleys). I am excited about finally getting it running but now that it is time to do the brakes i need help from you.

I have tII brakes in the front and sitting on a grannys speed shop 9in in the back and i dont know how to make them work. that is to say, do i use the first gen booster and tie the lines into that or the fc one (i have it) any advice? Thank you so much...

I would use the FC one and the fc proportioning valve. You sound like you have talent, cannot wait to see this project see completion. Any pics?? What part of Calgary are you in??

thanks guys, I don't have a whole ton of talent, this is the first car I have ever built and I have just been learning along the way, I have a whole ton of pictures, maybe I will try to put some online next week...

ps. if I use the fc brake booster, there is no reason why I can't use the stock brake pedal and such right?

oh yea..and..I am in sw calgary in Bridlewood, where are you? I have some 17in re amemiya wheels and rubber and Ive got one tII transmission in and another spare one, just in case I messed the first one up, but I think I need a new clutch, I'm not feeling confident that my exedy one is up to the task

thanks again
