welcome to the board.
as stated, your question is not that great. "best" is too vague a word because it's going to garner many opinions that may or may not help you. for example a key piece of information is what have you done to car thus far? what are your ultimate plans for it? who will be tuning the carburetor and what carbies are they comfortable with? the stock Nikki is a great little carbie and can net you good performance. that said, replacing opens a whole new words of options.

Best for what? Racing? Drivability? Daily driving? Weekend driving? That's a subjective question. I'd suggest that you stick with the Nikki. You can get good power out of one, it's hassle free, you don't need a manifold and fuel pump/reg to run it, or premix if you choose a Weber.
Point is, the Nikki's are reliable, long-lasting, and I've tried doing ill-fated carb swaps and it isn't just a bolt on and be done with it type mod, like exhaust.

first off, welcome and what part of sc? the stock nikki is ur best bet when working properly and will yield the best mileage of anything aftermarket. but if ur looking for something from the aftermarket, racingbeat, mazdatrix, and others have quite a few options to choose from. but it still comes back to what has already been asked, like how and what the car will be used for and what kinda performance ur looking to get out of it.
