02 sensor

Why does 2nd rx-7 only have 1 wire for their 02 sensor?
Other Cars I look at have like 4,
so does that mean the one wire carries current?

The RX-7 uses a very simple EFI system. The single wire sensor generates it's own voltage using a zirconium based element. Heat for the element is supplied by the exhaust stream itself.

Later on, manufacturers went to heated O2 sensors which have their own little heater. Two wires are generally the heater, then two wires lead to the element (instead of grounding it through the body).

also another dumb question, how bad the o2 sensor affect the idle?

Correct, it won't at all. The FC EFI system only pays attention to the O2 sensor at light load cruising.
