that FD owner seemed like he was about to kill someone. Can't blame him one bit either. What's amazing is if not for the Bronco II infront, the FD would have had less damage than that ****** town car. The whole front end of the towncar is like smushed flat.

 

i think even the honda owners realize the loss of that fd. but from what i can see that big *** car has more dammage than the fd. could be wrong. to quote the fd's driver " WHAT THE **** WERE YOU DOIN'!!??!!" any one in the njra know the driver of the fd?

 

Why not have a cop at the gate, it seems to happen every year. Oh, the car was flying when he slammed into that guy. Great thing is that its on tape and no defence.

The fd owner there sounds like a belligerent *******. I am sure the kid who ran into the back of him did not mean to do it. I have been in many accidents and to start cussing, shouting and what not is a poor way to go about handling it. I'm sorry it happened but it's only a car. That's why we have insurance. Hopefully he was able to calm down and get the other guys insurance info and get on with his life.

 

Dave, did you see how fast that towncar was flying? That guy wasn't paying attention at all, as in, eyes not even on the road. He could have killed somebody.

Insurance doesnt work too well with these cars, especially if that FD was low mileage/pristine condition. Once a car is hit, it's usually never the same either.

I agree that accidents happen, but this one was 100% preventable.

If I would have been sitting there in my FD minding my own business and that happened, I'd be going to jail for assault because I would have choked that guy out without giving it a second thought.

 

That car seemed to be going about 55 or 60 to me. If he was flying that fd would have been fucked worse than that. Rikkis was rear ended at 65 and they had to cut him out. Again it sucks, accidents happen but your wrong. Choking someone because they caused an accident. I think your way to into your car if you would harm someone over it. My .02. I am sure the guys was just venting cause he was pissed but seems like an ******* to me. Sorry if that isn't politically correct.

 

Maybe I'm a bit biased because a similar accident happened to me in my company car on the Brooklyn Bridge over memorial day weekend. I was in the middle of a 4 car pileup because an 85 year old man didnt realize that traffic was stopped in front of him and plowed into us at 45 mph. Thank God it was in my company car, and of course I wouldn't attack an old guy, but I hope he loses his license. I do know that he had minimal coverage and is paying out of pocket to repair the 3 other cars he damaged.

People like this are a menace to our roads.....how could the driver of the towncar not realize that there was stopped traffic in front of him? There's absolute no excuse, this wasn't an accident, it was gross neglect.

 

the kid in the lincoln would not have survived that ordeal if he had hit me like that, sometimes it's worth going to jail.

 

For the theft. what else do you expect at a honda meet. Hell if you have a honda that has any work done to it around here you need to lock it up in a garage.

That sucks about the fd. ******* guy in the car that hit him should lose his license.

 

That road is a 25mph speed limit road... I'd give props to the owner of the FD for not going crazy and attacking the driving of the barge. Most people probably would've done more than just "cussing".

Last honda day i believe only 4 or 5 cars were stolen.

Thats why its soo stupid to bring your car to honda day if you're not racing. Those honda guys just wanna show off and look what happens, people see what they want and they take when no one is looking. So stupid those kids.

I feel bad for the FD owner though, that was just soo random.
