No dude. R1s were only produced in 1993, and white FDs were only produced in 1994-95 in the US. Therefore, they are mutually exclusive.

Its got the passenger side oil cooler so i assumed it was an R1 but i guess not.
It does have a black cloth interior though......now i am suspicious.
