Turbo rebuild shop in PA?

Are there any places that rebuild turbos around here? The turbo is a Precision turbo(made from garrett parts).

They did my GT35R in 3 days and also polished the housing to a mirror finish.

I've had first hand bad luck with Blouche lately. between me and a few friends 4 out of 5 turbos failed. To many for me in a small area. I know he build turbos through out the US and have succeeded, but this was too many for me.

I use to deal with his father, nicest and most knowledgable gentlemen i ever met always explained everything to 100%. But when he passed, his son took over whos runs the shop now. Good guy, but my turbo failed, he rebuild it (for free, he admitted it was their fault), but engine was already done for.

I think some of the reasons is that his shop is real busy, and he hired rookies, they made mistakes. The ones that hurt our wallets.

If you want the stories of the other failures, PM me. I'm not starting a bad thread about someone, just stating my experience.
