Trailer Parking in NoVA

Hi all,
I've been borrowing a trailer for track events for several years, but as a matter of convenience (location of trailer is actually quite far from my new home) and not wearing out a good friend's hospitality, I'd like to purchase my own trailer.
Problem is, I live in a townhouse in Arlington, near the city. No place to keep it. There are storage facilities that let you park your trailer on their grounds, but they're really expensive—like as much as a 10x20' bin per month!
I'm looking at compact, basic aluminum trailers, nothing huge, covered, etc., and would be willing to pick up one of those ball receiver hand trucks that lets it be repositioned by hand if need be.
If you have a driveway, parking lot, yard, or whatever, where I could park a trailer securely with good access for late-ish or early pick-up/drop-offs before and after events, or even knowledge of where I might consider, please let me know.
