Spool, axles and anti-rollbar for the rear, cage, tubular k-member and control arms, racing seats. Right now it's got a Procharger P1-SC2 with a 4.25 pulley (the big, low boost setup
with no intercooler allowed). I run the Real Street class of the NMRA, which has pretty specific rules. Car has to weigh 3200lbs, which is more than it would stock - I've got about 200lbs of ballast and I weigh almost 300lbs myself. Hell, it even still has working power windows.

Best pass with the Procharger so far was a 10.06 @134.51 at Atco a few weeks back. With another set of slicks I should be able to run a 9.90 in the better weather/conditions in Bowling Green in a few weeks. That's what I'm hoping for, but a 9-anything would make me happy at this point, it's the last event of the season.
Trap speed in these car is more indicative of where your powerband is than how much HP you're putting down. A couple of the nitrous guys put down 600+ and trap the same as I do, and the BEST number my car ever put down was 566 to the wheels. The record MPH in my class is 139, set by a guy who runs consistent 9.85 and as quick as 9.80; and spinning off the line, he ran a 10.05 @ 139 in Columbus.
I probably have many more rods and screws in my spine than any lineman
I like the 03-04 Cobra's but I don't like IRS in a drag car. Right about now Ernie probaly isn't all that happy with it when he pulls up to the line, either. At least a solid axle swap in the Cobra is a bolt-in, unlike the major fabrication an FD would require

I might be bringing this guy with me:

He's a regular at Mason Dixon and just found out about the track rental.

6pm-10pm the track itself will be open for runs. You can get in the gate as early as about 4-4:30 when Todd and his wife will be there. I believe he's accepting cash at the gate instead of paypal if you haven't already taken care of that. I'm planning on getting there around 4:30 myself.
