1.42 60'!!!!
As for the end of the track, it comes up a bit quick when your close to 150mph. It sucks though. I must have 30lbs of gravel in the front of my car.

You'd have done better if there weren't all the radial cars chunking up the rubber on the launch pad. Best I was able to pull was a 1.38, with several 1.39 and 1.40 launches. With the front springs I put in there I should have been pulling 1.36 or so.
We were wondering what happened at the end of the track. I noticed on my first pass that there isn't enough runoff area (of course, there never is if you're not at MIR). I almost ended up in the gravel myself more than once.

I don't know if he did anything after his first pass (when it seems he accumulated the gravel) but that one was a 10.75 off the trailer. I'm sure he could have done better but the track wasn't really all that great and putting down that much torque gets downright sketchy - I was weaving all over the track and he's got a lot more power than I do.

He only did his first run before he ended up in the gravel. He had an awesome launch, it was a 9 second pass if he ever had one, and then went 2-5....

If he shifted from 2nd to 5th, he must make well over 1000hp now. And he was only .7 off his best pass ever - he'd have lost a lot more than that. Because there's no way in hell that was a 5th gear pull.

Well as im sure you can figure, he shifted back into 3rd right when he relized what he had done. As well, it was already stated that he got off the line better than he EVER has, meaning he was WELL on his way to beating his best pass. Im sure he did lose alot, if he got off the line the same as he did with his best pass, im sure it would have been much slower.

Ray set my stock tranny up so I have this screw to turn all the way in at the line that locks out 5th gear and reverse so I can speed shift. Problem was I didn't have it all the way in and went to slam 3rd and it went into 5th. I pulled it back out and put it in 3rd, but by that time a **** load of time past. I trashed my front end with about 150lbs of gravel. Im taken it off tomarrow morning. Taking it to the body shop Monday to have my burnout front end put on. Joe has a video of the launch. It was my best yet.

You need to stop messing with that thing and get a Tremec transmission made for it.
