I agree I live in teaneck but hackensack cops, county cops, and new milford cops seem to really love me when I bring out my rx7. Honestly thats have the reason why I don't drive it that much. But I would like to meet up with you guys...but these tickets are a joke! I never got a speeding ticket but they seem to think they just have to give me a ticket for something and it blows! I down for an alternate spot like nycitychef said!

 

Damn I was planning to stop by tomorrow night at Edgewater. Long Island is way to far for me, any spot in NJ you guys recommend?

Jersey Riders also have to pay TOLLZ... I don't have a problem going anywere as long as there are rotaries i'm there... In Jersey we could meet in the Parking lot of 32nd Street where Circuit is (since they are out of Business), the old navy, ShopRite... We can meet there at night... It should be pretty empty by after 10:00pm. I don't know where we could meet in NYC though, i could think along 11th ave near the Jacob Javits center there's a lot of parking space there and is very well lighted, but i don't know of any empty lots in the city...
Near the porsche dealer up that street is pretty deserted too on 11th avenue and 27th street... we could hit that spot too...

 

ughhhh i agree i live in 6th st in union city and 32 is a big possibility and theres plenty of space lol if u guys decide to meet there i gotta finish my FC and pick it up in Conneticut 4 real

thrusday looks good this week. 66 degrees and 20% chance of rain. Not feeling the NYC idea though. Too many of us are lowered and with the city streets being they way they are I say we find a place in Queens by the Throgs Neck Bridge so Jersey, Bronx and NYC people can easily access it. I will warn that the 111precinct will not tolerate bullshit. So if we caravan or travel to any place in the Bayside area please be civil...No reving, speeding, racing, highway pulls ect. I've lived there for almost 10 years and cops will break ***** but no way as bad as edgewater. Fort Totten would be a great meeting place...it's right by the water and easily accessible to restaurants, arcade, pool, bowling...whatever. Perfect photo op as well. The only other problem is that we already have a thursday queens meet so i vote for another day...Wednedsay maybe???

FD is running great. New fuel system is in. Just need to install the new coils and wires, some new ARP studs, and a EBC...I'm hoping to finally make 600whp soon.

 

Just to bring this up to date, I went to the edgewater meet last week and it was pretty nice. There was a cop hanging out at the lot and he didn't give any trouble. I think this is something that can be up and running and again as long as none of us horseplay. There weren't any Honda owners there that night. Most of the people were Evo and Sti, there were also a few exotic cars there too like Vipers , Vetts, Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche, etc. Let me know what you guys think.
