I went and took a look over at the LA forums. THey do have deposits and have steve scheduled for the 14th. So i guess we have the 28th. Ramy, Should we make a new thread to get all this clutter out?

Probably a good idea considering you still have "Jan 6, 2007" in the thread title.

I've got a full bridgeport fc with an aftermarket turbo to get tuned. I'm trying to have it ready in time.

Ok go ahead and throw my name on the list. The soonest I can put my deposit down is April 10th, I'm in a crazy rush to get everything ordered in time to make this. Also, can I get a quote on dyno time at the NOVA shop?

Alright. Ill make a thread. Mike, dyno time should be 150. Depending on what turbo you have, you might be able to get by with the stock turbo. Better have that thing ready brian, this tuning session is gonna be dominated by FCs haha

Alright fellas, looks like we have a bit of a problem. As soon as Steve is available again I will get ahold of him to confirm the 28th, since it seems as though every other date is taken. Also if we can't secure Nova as a location then I'll take up the slack and host in DE, I know DE is a bit of a drive for some but we can even turn it into a meet if anyone wants to, make it a little more fun/ worth it.

I am very interested in getting tuned (new to FDs not to tuning) but I don't know if my motor will be built by any of these dates except perhaps April 28th. If the schedule is that day OR gets pushed out farther than that (middle to end of may) I will put my name down and commit.

Other than that I just got off the phone with PFS, who it sounds like will be rebuilding my motor, and I may just have them tune it as well. Can anybody give me a good reason to wait/pay for this "Kan" fellow rather than have Ray @ PFS tune the car? I just have the basic upgrades like intake, full exhaust, PFC, ported wastegates. I will probably have an aftermarket IC in there before I take it for the tune. I doubt it will be an extensive tune. Let me know.

From what I understand PFS/Ray Wilson won't tune or work on FC3s's. Which sucks for him cause he's missing out on my business and several others in the area. Most of the people going for KAN tuning at this point have FC's. I don't know what ray charges, but Steve maybe cheaper.

Also, Kan has more feedback from users on the forum from what I've seen. Not that PFS doesn't have good feedback, in my opinion Kan has more of it.

Nothing against Steve whatsoever, but it would be crazy to not have Ray tune your FD if he is building your motor etc. He is one of the best the dyno is at his shop where all your work is being done...FYI he (Ray) has done all my tuning. Once again I want to make it perfectly clear have ZERO negative feedback on Steve but for your situation you are in GREAT hands.

Thanks for the info guys, it makes most sense to have Ray tune the car, plus it will give me time to get everything straightened out. Thanks for the feedback!

I'm currently in Hong Kong waiting for my next departure to San Fran and then back to Dallas. I just updated the tuning website with all the confirmed places. If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me.

If that is the correct page...dan just pick a date, clear it with cv2, and make a thread. Everything looks about clear

So far, you guys have the first dibs on that date but I also have another group that wanted that date as well (colorado). It comes to which ever group gets it first.
