I just took my friends FD "off his hands"

It has
stock turbos (20k reman'd)
reman engine with 6k
rebuilt transmission with 6k
pollution pump removed
full 3" exhaust with a high flow cat
944 intercooler
apexi power fc
few other misc things

The previous owner/my friend took off the pollution pump and now it shutters, and sometimes stalls, when coasting to or sitting at an intersection light.

So, where is a good shop that can get me a tune near Cincinnati OH?

Can you give me a rough estimate of how much it would cost to tune a 94? PM maybe?

-apexi performance power fc + commander
-full 3" exhaust w/hiflo cat & rb 2tip
-k&n drop in
-custom 944 smic
-koyo radiator w/ast illiminated
-pollution pump removed (i think that is what is causing the problem)
