okay, i summed it all up if anyone is interested...

Basically this situation is fraud since the price per person was listed on a public website seen by people all over

Fraud is defined to be "an intentional perversion of truth" or a "false misrepresentation of a matter of fact" which induces another person to "part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal right".

In addition to the traditional criminal definition of fraud, there are many regulatory laws that have very specific rules that must be complied with. If you do not follow these rules to the letter, you could be charged with and convicted of fraud.

To win a suit for fraud, you must show that you were truly deceived by the misrepresentations given and that you reasonably relied on the statement or act to your detriment. In other words, your reliance on the action or statement affected your course of action. And you suffered harm because of the misrepresentation (ie harm being expenses such as the gas and mileage, headache, stress, gas, i mean whatever)

You must also show that the person making the statement knew it was an outright lie. This element may be a major hurdle to prove because dishonest people are very skillful and ingenious at disguising their statements, knowing the "fine line" to avoid legal trouble or face any scrutiny <-you would need affidavits and signatures to help prove this but you get the point

dont know how far yall are going to take this but just some info

again, <3jenn

... and good to know about your *****. personally, if i had 2 grand to spend on *****, i would have gone for some that make it seem like i get laid once in a while (you know, not huge ones) and i probably wouldn't have gone for hairy ones since they aren't really attractive to the ladies. however, that doesn't really matter for you because you're a pathetic lowlife loser with no self respect who's ugly to boot.

*shrug*
yeah he threw me out when i got in his face. its all good in the hoood. Like your RX-8 lynn, wasnt expecting to see that there. Nice rims =)

Damn I was about to pass out after driving 6.5 hours home and spending some time with the gf when I thought I'd pop on the boards (both rx8club and here) to see what was "really" going on at Rotorfest. Guess all I heard was true, that of all of us got reamed a quick one with a broomstick.

As all of us have pretty much said if we were told $20 from the begining then we wouldnt be complaining, but the simple fact that everyone was stating different price's for entering from $10 all the way to $35 is what is getting everyone really pissed off. The price of $5 was and had been mentioned atleast on the Rx8club thread several times and you never once tried to correct it. You could of easily told Jason or Chrism and they would of got the word out very very damn quickly. Alot of people put their reputations out there for this event to make it as big as it was and at the end of the day the felt like they did a diservice to all of those who they got to come.

Overall its all about Respect and this sad showing of it from you just goes to show how much character you dont have.

Well with the money you pretty much swindled outa me and my friends who I brought down from MA and CT, I hope you can atleast replace the chicken wire and duct tape that was holding your bumper up.

Vosko, seriously, kid. Shut up. You may have had a car since before we went through puberty but you're still a scammer and an idiot... and daily and hairy DON'T rhyme.

the website that you diligently looked over and okayed me that all the information on my site was correct after i IMed you, why dont you tell them that and stop trying to run around it.

I was nice enough to advertise on my page since everyone was emailing and PM bombing me about the event. I wasnt that lazy like you, i actually took the time out to get pics and put up a page so that i can get ppl information about the event.

How silly of me trying to help people out, guess i shouldnt and just let other ppl do the work for me while i line my pockets with fressh greenbacks

Yo dude stop posting your just posting useless info , if you have a real rebuttal please give it.

your right, no one did. But unlike you im not lazy to do some work and ADVERTISE the event so the people driving 13 hours and 8 hour have enough information to get to the event with little issues

your just getting lame now, i think you should stop while your at the bottom before you dig your grave. You left the rotary games years ago when you blew up the fd, u bring nissans to rotary events wtf.

You may have been around since 2001 on these forums but we have more heart than you do.

Eddy got it right, we respect the game and its players and dont wanna **** on one another but rather elevate it and make it bigger. Silly us; trying to make it grow.

blah blah blah!
