no no no the t&r meet doesn't have an official date. the meet at baypkwy doesn't really have anything to do with t&r.

Hey T&R has it's pro's & cons i know peeps that had bad experiences and some good. Some of my boys say if ya not Indian/Black trini your not gonna get a good job and i have been witness to that. Me not being white and not having a 2nd or 3rd Gen dont have to take my car there so i dont know what type of good or bad work they do But i can say that my boy Kenroy had to be ontop of them so they would finish his job & thats not good bussiness. You should be able to drop a car off & come back to quality work & not bullshitted around and later find out that the internal you brought were never put in. I have a 1st gen & have a boy who does engine work & he & his bro have been running at the former tank in qns area & running really good with just a fullport 12a set ups w/o nitros all carb and have been so far winning there races so i let them do my work once i have all the parts ready. Now they know guys who race in PR that come here during the summers who do turbo work & so on so thats my edge once im ready for that step.My boy use to build cars for 1/4 mile racing in PR so i trust him he doesnt bullshit & make people buy parts that he ends up keeping and not putting in the motor like at the Smokin spot in LI thats is known for that.But hey if you had a good experience thats great for you jason & a few other had a bad experience you cant knock them for that maybe you know somebody there & they looked out for you or they figured they couldn't rip you off or maybe Jason & the other looked like whiteguys with alot of money who they figured aint know **** about rotaries

 

=/ either way they shouldnt rip a guy off no matter how much the costumers knows about rotaries.... they should treat all their customers the same way. lol i wonder how theyre going to to treat an asian person.... =/
