Ah, Okay.

I started reading back through threads last night and jumped to the very first post. Can you believe this thread was started almost 11 years ago?! Too bad Zach never comes to visit!

Its nice to see that Richmond has a rich rotary history.

I'm moving back into the area for work, I have an '87 turboII that has been a bit of a handfull. I'll be going the megasquirt route hopefully in February to eliminate any of the stock electronics associated with engine management and start building from there. My daily is an '04 mini cooper S lowered (slightly), 15% pulley, CAI, catback, dunlop direzza II and stoptech brake pads.

Is anyone planning on going to the Dragon (US129 in TN) this year? I went to grad school not far from there and saw a big group of RX7's and 8's in the spring. If my RX7 is in good shape by then I'd be down to caravan down.

I'll be going. DGRR. My son goes to school in Swannanoa, so I go down a couple times a year.
Hope to see you here in the River City.

Was just thinking about going to that today. Don't have my FD with me but I still would like to see some cars.

Found this cherry little unit yesterday. It's on the lower lot of VA Cars Inc off of Rte 60. They're asking 2k$ for it. I offered them 1k$ and they said no way. The salesman said it was going to be in an auction later this week, but he didn't know which one.

It's an 87, Auto, GXL. Only has 87,9xx miles on it. Anyone know who the previous owner was? It's crazy clean, and the rear seats are pretty much intact. It was previously maroon, but the black respray is very nice looking.

Nice specimen. Last month I got the rear end from a low mile 87 GXL automatic at CAP. It was gold and had been totaled 16 years ago. Must have sat in a shed for years til they decided to junk it.
