Hey Guys, I just bought a 1995 FD and I love it. I had a 1990 GTU right before this one that was in pretty good condition. Looking online for some other people around the area that had them. I live in richmond and drive from here and Fredericksburg all the time. Just trying to find out where all the rotor heads hang out and stuff.

There's a few of us who do some autocrossing with VMSC and/or NASA.
There have been some attempts to get together at G-force Karts down by RIR
and most recently there has been some meetups Friday nights at the Starbucks at the intersection of *** and Broad streets

Yea, two sets. Both good. I might have a buyer for all my turbo engines and parts though. If that falls through, we can certainly work something out.

FS: ME! I'm looking for a real job here in the Richmond metro area. Skill set is in the IT Support/Helpdesk field. At this point though, I'd be interested in anything that has some career potential and enough money to put gas in a Civic.

Is this directed to me? If so, I've a set of O.Z. Mito's, 18x8.5 front, 18x10 rear. Came from an FD so they fit fine. I've managed to find extra wheels while I have had them, so they are 6 wheels total, three of each.

Thats what I'd like to know, I anna see thee carbed 7.
He is registered to run at the sunday autocross at VMP but he has a permanent # I believe so who knows. Also according to the VMSC site he's running the 330.
Well I get the FC back today - it was indeed the drive shaft sorta, The u-joint itself was fine and so was the driveshaft itself, but the seem where they are mated together had a small crack. Just enough of one where under load I got enough flex for a vibration to occur.

I may be thinning the heard soon too, probably sell my BMW in the next month or 2 and go totally pistonless.
My brother would have loved your car DAK, he had a really nice 92 that he unfortunately brought to Detroit fo a few years, but he is off in Seatle now designing boats. (besides he is looking into Audi TT's now)

Not quite as fast for you as it was for me......booya!
Just messing with you bro. You need to come up here and check out my closing shop inventory - if nothing else, get that idiot light surround.

I agree though, it was BEAUTIFUL day! Everyone should have been there in known existance! Except for McAfee, he's a loser.

BWHAHAHAHA

Happy Spook Day Everyone!

I ain't too worried about my speed quite yet, this is really my first full season of autocross, I ran 5 times last year, once in BMW, 3 times in Ghia, and once in my FC.
After the Manchester events this year I'm happy when I can find the course.

Ah yes definetly the idiot light surround, and I'd like to take a look at the O.Z.'s , i would like to have a set of summer tires and wheels for the FD all depends on what i can afford and when etc...

Hey guys, hope you remember me haha...was looking for a place to live not long ago in Richmond. I ended up moving in with my mom...well that's definitely not going to work . I am looking for a place again so if you have an open room and don't mind a dog, let me know where and how much and I'll see what I can do :-D. I know it's kind of a long shot but *shrugs* doesn't hurt to try.

Whats up guys, Zach is my roomate, I bought his old car and he has the carbed gtu running, sounds mean...how it runs, I will let him tell you.

But I dont think I have formally introduced myself to you guys.

Name is Barry Kennedy goes by BJ
I went to engineering school with Zach McAffee and have been roomates for about 2+ years. The bastard got me away from piston motors..
but before my rx-7 which was his old one, I had a 92 civic hatchback painted
RX-8 grey with a turbo si motor which ran a 13.8 @ 102 with a 2.8 60'.

Sold that and now I have a RS4 converted 99 A4 audi 2.8L V6 as my get to work car.

I have taken Zach's old car, swapped a turbo2 motor, solid mounts everywhere, gutted. Now I am working on the Haltech install (anyone wanna help me??)
Plus I have a pretty good connection in Japan so I have some cool hard to find goodies on the car

If this motor pops I will do a big ol street port with 3mm seals, or if I get my bonus check this year I will try and find a 3 rotor shaft and go from there!
