Question to MA guys, So are emissions not part of the inspection procedures anymore?

Somebody told me that with the new procedures for inspection stickers they are not looking at emissions anymore? Is this true?
Cause i might consider simplifying my hoses on the twins.

they dont do emissions for 95 and under in MA.
