Its short notice but oh well. I'm trying to start up a new meet for those people that are closer to Washington DC than Baltimore and don't want to make the trip up there all the time.

For starters, just until a few people start shownin up regularly, I'm thinkin meets at Capital Raceway. However, since Capital Raceway costs $10 per person just to watch the runs another spot may need to be chosen soon for those that don't want to pay to go to a meet.

As far as other locations, so far I've thought of the parking lot of Landover Mall opposite side of Sears, rear parking lot of PG Community College by the track, or the Bowling Alley in Crofton. If anyone has any other suggestions then please post them.

Yeah there sure isn't gonna be a damn thing going on at Capitol tonight.
They will have a test and tune Sunday as well...

Just to let you know Capitol is back on a regular schedule now Friday night and Saturday no more Sundays. That sounds like a good idea to meet out there, closer for most.

 

They're open Sunday's for various events and the occasional Test N Tune.
