Anyone familiar with this person? Purchased an Apexi PFC and Commander from him on Ebay on April 26th and have yet to receive it or get a response from him through ebay.

Ad on ebay said it was tuned by Ray Wilson at PFS but the owner, Peter Sari, is now switching to a haltech platinum. Hopefully this info will ring a bell with someone. Its going on 3 weeks so figured I am probably getting the shaft at this point. Any help is appreciated.
