NYC people, need a lil help...roomie, job needed

Wow, where do I begin with this one...

Going back to school for a change(or start) of carreer. In any case, i need to find a room or a studio asap. Money and transportation are a big issue. If you know of a cheap place or need a roommate send me a pm.
I am not a kid, I'm 30 y/o quiet, VERY BUSY and therefore not likely to be home too often.

Send pm, Ready to move 12/1 if the place is right. THANX FELLAS!

http://newyork.craigslist.org/ >> Good place to find an apt to rent.

If $$ is an issue, consider moving to Queens. Rent is lots cheaper than Manhattan and it's still convenient (20 minute subway to midtown). You can find decent studios in Astoria (where I live now) for a decent price. There is a good rental agent near me whose name I forget. If you want it, PM me and I'll walk by and get their contact info.

Good luck.

I can vouch for Manny here, he's a good guy.
If this was a year from now, I'd say I'm your man...unfortunately, it's not.

Good luck bro.

Thanx James! Appreciate it!

I must appologize for my absence. I had to make temporary arrangements and as you can imagine, i've been tied up moving/packing all of last week.

Alberto mg,
pm on the way! thanx!
