NEPOC: Dyno/Meet/BBQ - South Windsor CT June 4

NEPOC = new england protege owners club
Description:
This will be a full out dyno day/meet. They said bring as many as want to come, as long as we keep the number of cars that dyno down to about 30. this meet will include a full BBQ put on by them, they will buy all the food, and drinks, and supply it all, they said they will have grills setup, and they will cook as well, so all we need to do is sit back and have fun....
He said he can safely dyno 30 cars in the days span, and if we have a few more then they will stay to finish them up, so we need to keep the number of cars around 30, and not much higher...
Price will be 60 bux a car, for 3 pulls with air/fuel. The 60 bux also includes all your food and drinks, so if you are dyno'ing then you need not worry about extra money for food.
Now if you ARE NOT going to dyno then their will be a small fee for food, so they can buy and supply enough for everyone, this fee will be 5 bux a head for the guys/girls not participating in the dyno runs. small fee for a day of fun, and all you can eat.
There are 3 lists, one for DYNOing NEPOC members (some people from these forums are members) another for DYNOing non-nepoc members, and then another for people not dynoing but coming for the meet/bbq.
if you'r enot sure if you are going to dyno, THEN DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE DYNO LIST, THIS WILL BE A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE LIST and we dont want people backing out, so if your not sure, think it through, and make your decision later.
As always we will be inviting our friends from the 6 forums, 3 forums, miata rx8/rx7/mx6 etc....Since this is a NEPOC meet however we will be reserving 20 of the 30-35 dyno slots for NEPOC members. If you have friends who would like to come they of course are welcome to do so but there are only 10-15 non-nepoc slots available. The NEPOC slots will be reserved for a little over a month until May 15 at which time we will open it up for the last couple weeks to anyone so that we can be sure to fill all slots.

hey guys....bad news 
The dyno place said their dyno was busted this week and they were waiting for a part to come in to repair it. When we called in today to check the status they said there was a death in the family and that the funeral would be Sat and so.....no dyno.
We will still be having a meet and most likely bbq maybe a cruise somewhere in CT, and you are all still welcome to join in...just check the thread linked in the first post to find out the latest.

its a mess...and our numbers will now be smaller due to the confusion, but we are still dynoing and getting together afterwards....we will be at bristol tuning in east hartford
