im sure you guys heard why i couldnt make it and im so damn upset over it!!!......any way the short story is that i was installing the racing beat oil filter adapter and i must have crushed the little gasket that comes with it and broken it.....didnt realize until i turned the car on and oil went everywhere...all over the engine bay, the garage, the floor.....i dropped so much oil the oil light came on and i had to turn her off....i had to put it back to stock and clean up...here are some of the pics from my ordeal!

i got there late (3PM) but had enuff time to chat witha few of the heads before they bounced. Guess it just happens that when u need to be somewhere **** that you ahd on the table for like 3 weeks decides to jump in your lap the day before and day off the event. On top of that my brake booster might be toast, so thats gonna delay me a bit.
Thanks john for taking time out and helping me install my Speedbleeders and bleed the rear of the FC. I will finish it up , gotta hit up AZ.
Got to have the car ready for the CT HOOTERS meet coming up.
Had fun eating lunch/dinner with Roan, Roans Boy, Kenia, Stephanie, Brenda, Karen, Chris (Scorp), Jose.

Great turnout for a semi cold day in march when most people dont even have their cars out of the garage yet

Wish I could of made this event, but I spent all weekend working on my car. So I get my antifreeze problem fixed today and I take the car out for a spin and the car is still smokin! Well turns out the particular way the car is smokin is cause the turbo is on the way out! So needless to say im in the market for a s5 turbo. Hopefully everything will come together in tim efor the next meet.

Awesome meeting you guys for the first time today. I'm definitely looking forward to future meets. And those Miata guys I brought out had a good time too.
Also thanks to Mike for driving me down from Troy to get my 7 out of the garage, or else we both would have rolled up in our Civics... haha. We're definitely going to make the Albany meet later in the season worthwhile by getting a bunch of new people together out of hibernation. It'll be good, so look forward to an upstate summer cruise.

Almost everything went wrong for me...
I was warming up the car, checking stuff. Everything seemed ok, idle was a little funny but I figured it would be ok once it warmed up...It shut off on me and flooded instantly.
I was in the garage swapping plugs, doing atf and trying to get it going but nothing.
Got it going again...at 5 pm after the 3rd set of plugs! Needless to say I was VERY dissapointed. I had slapped on the bumper(no paint yet) just to make this one and look at what it does!
Oh well, catch you guys next time. hopefully painted!

this was definately a lot of fun, after a long winter of no rotary sightings it was nice to see everyone together again. lots of new faces for me at least. i'm looking forward to the next one.
was cool meetin/seein everyone.. had a good meal with jason and his girl, roan, chris (roans boy), kenia and her sis, and a couple of jasons friends (sorry cant remember ya names). Lookin forward to the next meet..
