MD MD - NOVA - WDC tuner for PFC? recommendations appreciated:

hi all,

i'm bringing my '94 FD RX-7 home from Ohio in 2 weeks... i am going to be making some changes to include a new Power FC. i am looking for your recommendations on a good (great) tuner/technition/garage in my area (Mont. Co./Frederick/NOVA, etc. - Washington Metropolitan area).

I've searched and read throught this sticky:
Sticky: Northeast RX7 Tuner List (Comprehensive) - Tried and True
Some of the information is a bit dated... anyway, i'm looking for someone that is good with PFC tuning. i'm also adding a new radiator and SMIC - i should be good-to-go and ready for summer!

i am not far from PBC Automotive in Chantilly, VA. any first hand experiences with them?

thanks in advance... i appreciate it.

-Greg

Eh, if you're in the area you should just go to Peter Farrell Supercars (PFS).

... especially since they are within 30 minutes! thing is, i've contacted them a bunch of times to do an intercooler, etc. - they must be super busy 'cause they don't return my calls or email. i won't give up on them but i'd like to find an alternative.

There is none especially considering where you live. You should just drop by the shop and make an appointment that way. Ray just hired 3 more people so you should be able to reach them via phone. Sam is on the ball in there.

PBC is horrible! I went there about 5 years ago and the work they did was childish at best. You do have two really great options for your 7 though, you can either go to PFS or RP performance at summit point. Ive had A LOT of work done to my old FD from RP and Ray at PFS did a fantastic job tuning my TII.

Dee Karagiannis at reactive racing is in the DC area. He tuned my car and many others in the area including a nasty 20b. the best way to get ahold of him is to call Jim @ JPR in blackwood nj
