hey may ask you for community service, for instance 2 years ago I got drunk blew a .17(yes I was fucked up), and I kept trying to arm wrestle every cop, and seeing if they would let me go if I won etc. etc. Then I sat on the railing and fell off the pier, they gave me a 300dollar fine(70 for court fee, 230 for the fine) and 30 hours of community service, luckily the woman who bought me the liquer was also a teacher for MCPS and she just randomly signed off for my community service hours!! I ended up doing like 10hours total.
If you have an underage citation for DWI, your fucked for years, if its just in public or somones house, goto court on it(its a mis-demeanor) you dont want that on your record, otherwise for every job you will have to tell them that you have it and what it was for, and it DOES NOT get wiped after you turn 18(fyi).
Basically expect at most 30hours of community service, and to spend around 300bucks. Also bring your report card to the judge, just to show him your a working member of society, Make sure you have a folder of personal things for the bailiff(including your report card, past community service numbers, or teacher reccomendations, or if you have a job, a reccomendation from your boss).
What attire you should wear: DONT wear athletic gear, Wear zip up khaki's or dress pants only, wear matching shoes, for this kind of case a simple button up shirt or a collarred polo shirt works, take off any jewlelry, basically dont try to look cool, you may look dorky, but you wont stand out from anyone else(thats what you want). Brush your hair, alot of the times the judges prefer the 70's kind of hair, also dont use any hair product(it looks bad to the judge alot of the time).
Alot of the time they will bring up a couple of you and ask you all separate questions, make sure he see's some paperwork on you(including your report card), and dont speak up unless spoken to, just say "Your honor I have some paperwork for you," other than that dont speak unless he asks you a question.
AND YES if you all are wondering, I have been in quite a few court cases /sigh, But I have NOTHING on my record(including driving and criminal), because I'm awesome at playing their game! This is the best advice I can give yah! g00d luck!

Simple is way better and life with shannon is pretty simple (aside from her family, which is over complicated, which is mostly the reason we are buying a house together). Simply put I enjoy life as it is.
Life is good, I feel complete with our family. I guess it's like a primate instinct to procreate and make babies that's been satisfied in full.
