Dave just tuned my car today (https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/gt3574-dyno-plots-spec-kit-839802/). He was great guy and did great work. He took his time and did everything right. I have nothing but great things to say about him.

Dave (KDR) is a great guy and he was running Speed1 in Lenhartsville, PA. This was about seven years ago though.
I know Dave was having some health complications, and last I heard he may have been bought out buy a customer that flipped businesses.... Looking them up on the googles it seems that the shop is permanently closed. I have no idea when that would have happened though
Realistically though, I would not hinge your decision for ownership on a single business owner. Unfortunately this is a very niche corner of the auto enthusiast community and shops don't always last. Sometimes it is absolutely worth it to travel longer distances for a shop you trust. At least that's what I told myself when I towed my FD from the DC area all the way out to San Diego for work!!

I haven’t used them but people are happy with their correspondence and quality of work. Gluck.

I went to San Diego because I'm doing a DEEP build and there weren't any shops out this way that I trust to do it properly and up to a high enough standard. I'm replacing every wire in the car with brand new stuff, scrapping all the fuses, switches, relays, etc., for a PDM, replacing the dash cluster with a digital display/gps lap timer. New parts are being custom made, new cooling systems are being created, a top level motec system is going in (I'm contracting one of the top tuners in the country/world to program the electronics), new turbo systems and DBW are going in, etc., etc., etc.
I mean no disrespect to the east coast shops, but I have no intention of paying a shop for work unless I'm confident that they are well beyond proficient enough to complete the job correctly the first try. The wiring I've seen come out of 5523 Motorsports (the shop I'm using) is high enough quality that it was worth a week of driving. It also helps that I've had a personal relationship with the shop owners out there for over a decade.
I went with Nick and Jen because I know they're beyond capable, and I trust their level of integrity.
My personal thought is that if I'm going to drop serious money on a restoration/build than I'm going to go with the best people I can possibly afford. This way I know that zero corners will be cut. Unfortunately I haven't always had experiences that give me that same level of confidence in rotary specialty shops.
