NJ Has anyone had their rotary tuned from RT Tuning in PA?

Has anyone had their FD or FC tuned by these guys (www.rttuning.com)? I emailed and they mentioned that they have been tuning rotaries with a PFC for a few years now. Does anyone here have any experience with them?

Wilmer is JPR's in house tuner, many pfc's rubbing arround making great power and not having any issues. Or if take the drive to ray at PFS

Someone new and unheard of, I'd stay safe IMHO

I've heard good stuff back in the day (2006) when I had my FD.

Thanks guys. I was curious about these guys because they do great alignments and tuning. I thought I would kill two birds... I ended up going back to speed one (my 4th tune there). Brian did a great job as always.
Also, fwiw, I'm not a fan of Wilmers tuning, and will never go to him again

Why not, could you share your experience with Wilmer?

I'm honestly not sure. The 4 times I've been tuned by Dave or Brian has spanned two shops and different pricing. It's always been fairly priced, though.

First, I should add that I'm a huge fan of Jim (JPR). He's always done top notch work for me over the past 11 years (two solid engine rebuilds included).

I had two tunes from Wilmer that were unsatisfactory to say the least. Other people are happy with him, and that's great, but I wouldn't recommend him.

I hope i get a good tune from him since Jim/JPR is building my car currently. I'm after driveability and not power. Most of Jim's customers are drag racers and the finer elements of tuning may get looked over at times(or all the time?)

I will report back with my experience and If its not what I want or expect, I'll make a trip to PA myself.

I had my MoTeC tuned there at one point, but they're not really known to tune them. I know that if I had a PowerFC, it would have had a better tune since they have more experience with that platform.

With that being said, R/T Tuning is the only shop I'd ever go to ever to have tires put on and for an alignment.
