This is in regards to getting a paint job.

Thanks,

Sure you can mantion my name. I will not get anything from it, except for thanks for sending the business. But I think he will do his best to do you a good job at a fair price. It can't hurt, and it might help.

peter is going to make me the ms1 unit. the ms will run the fuel and im thinking also the spark if it can be done.

however the timing retard on the spark on the trailing spark plugs at high rpms is new to me. but i keep reading that most guys go with running the trailing and leading together . which has its up's and down's

so good news is that the injector problem is out of the way till i get the ms1. and spark im reading more on the best way to go about it.
my ignition is running off of the 12a dizzy and a MSD6A box with 2 msd blaster coils running direct fire to the leading plugs and an accel super stock coil running to the dizzy and powering the trailing with accel 8.8 spiral core plug wires.....over all cost about....$435 or so and thats with a 20% discount

but we went for a tuning run tonight and it performed awesomely, just need to get the o2 plugged into the ecu correctly and i can go further into the tuning

so i was sitting in the kitchen making a non newtonian concoction when i thought about filling a rebuildable strut with the mixture for those of you who dont know what im talking about

go into the kitchen get 2/3 cup of corn starch
and 1/3 cup of water ((any 2:1 ratio of corn starch and water will do))

and mix then poke it fast and poke it slow
grab a handful and quickly roll it into a ball and hold it in the palm of your hand

You mean this one (and the next 3-4 pictures).

That was Rotorhead Rich's car. He had it for sale, and I think he sold it. It was a pretty cool car.

Also known as a shear thickening fluid. We used to do "science on wheels" at Virginia Tech - basically, we took all kinds of cool stuff to the local high schools and showed the kiddies how cool "stuff" can be. Liquid nitrogen used to freeze everything. Shattering a whole orange was always fun. Dry ice made by baking soda and vinegar mixed in 2-liter and captured with a balloon and stuck in the liquid nitrogen. Corn starch and water. Tiles from the space shuttle with a torch heating one side to glowing. Cis and Trans rubber bouncy *****; stick them in LN2 and then bounce them.

we had a lot of fun playing with the kiddies.

Base cloth seats look nicer and are more comfortable. They'll probably last longer too.

have you heard about anything that controlls the secondaries injectors... that you have to use with a stock turbo setup or does the aftermarket ecu can get around that .i tested them to make sure that it wasnt the injectors going bad.A friend said it was a small silver box right next to the passenger headlight under the stock intake box that controlls the secondaries.

after i finish my 5 lug convertion i can deal with the motor issues again since the weather is getting warm again.i have to do this first cause nelson is moving soon i need to take care of it before he moves.
All fuel injected RX-7s have the secondaries controlled by the ECU (stock and aftermarket). The differrence is that some after market ECUs can not do staged injection were the secondaries only work at high load/rpm. If you use a ECU that can not run staged injection then it is best to have all 4 injectors the same size.

Dale is usually not here anymore, but I still see him all the time. He sold his FB for a bargain on ebay and got fairly good $$$'s for it (it was a bargain for the buyers for how nice the car was).

The choice between the M3 and the EVO, well I'd have to go with the M3. It is overall a nicer car and will last a long time. At times I am at awe of their overall performance. The EVO's main problem is that it is made by Mitsu, and they are a car company I can't support many of their business pratices. They are fairly fast, but on tracks and autocrosses the M3's are faster. But of course that depends on which M3 too....
