Hello People,
Check out my son's car, I have dehonda-ized him. Check out his new ride. I have to work some minor issues like fuel pulsation leak and some other stuff but the motor runs strong, cold a/c and doesn't look bad for a Maaco job...

The car looks nice Jerry. Glad you turned him from the dark side.

Next meet is comming up in a week or so....

Hampton Roads Mazda Rotary Car Club February Meetup

Ok, it is still cold out. The next meet is back at the karting track. I have picked 6:00 but does anyone have more of a recommendation for time? If we go earlier we run on the smaller track, if we run later we run on the super track.

Let me know if you have a preference of time.

When:
Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 6:00 PM
Where:
American Indoor Karting
2884 Airline Blvd
Portsmouth, VA 23701
757.405.9715
This is the link to RSVP
http://rx7.meetup.com/55/calendar/5411384/

So far there are 12 people signed up to be there. We gotta get Jerry to actually come to an event for a change.... He shows up once a year... it is about time :-)

Kenny, I am going to have new carpet put in my house sometime in the next couple of months. If I give you room measurements or something like that can you give me a ballpark estimate. Nothing I would hold you to of course.

My "little" brother got a new car

Nope not a rotary, but a new 07 Acura TL Type S. Pretty sweet.

Notice the sweet FD in the reflection

Notice the sparkles

Paddle shifters for the "tiptronic" auto/manual tranny are somewhere behind the
steering wheel.

Does anybody want to make a few bucks? I tried to change my clutch this weekend, but the stud and bolt on the starter did not want to play nice. I tried to cut the bolt off, but that didnt work, then the stud decided to turn, but not come out. So if anybody wants to make a few bucks pm me. I dont have the tools to do it, and I was afraid to cut the bolt at the hobby shop and not have anything to put back in.

It is a same this did not happen a week earlier. Nelson left the area Monday heading for the west coast and he was looking to place as many parts as possible before he left. I know he had an S5 power steering pump. I got an S4 one from him that I plan to use on my GSLSE maybe.

-A free gourmet Italian Dinner Buffet
-Reserved seating
There is absolutely no cost for this event, we would just like to have you

we would need to do is decide on a date for the event. If you are

XXXXXXXXX@XXXXX.com. You can also check out our club at www.

is like. Thankyou for your time, and I hope to hear from you
soon!
Sincerely,
Sherri Davis
Marketing Director
Time Lounge
Anyone interested in trying to have a meet here? I have been to the place, and it is nice, in the 200 block of Granby Street (I used to work at 253 Granby St). I think there is an age limit so it would probably exclude people inder 21 (not 100% sure about that, just speculating). Anyway if you guys think it is something we should do I can arrange it.

calvin I say we should do that, talk to the rx8 club and see about a joint meet, I think it would be fun, plus who can beat free stuff! I know about the car parts thing, i always seem to be like a week late. I had been looking for a good cheap used one to keep on hand, but hadnt seen any. But you know as well as I do with old cars you can never find the part you need until it to late! I dont think I will make this weekend, since I am going to try clutch round two, and If I can get out to pick and pull before dark I will see if that car is still in one peace. One of the guys I work with said it was all in one piece and looked like it was in good shape. That was on saturday so who knows by now.
