For all of you who know me... PLEASE DO NOT give out any of my personal information. No offense to this girl or anything, but i do not think i know her and i am in a MAJOR legal battle right now... the details i cannot discuss until the case is over, although some of you are also involved and know whats going on.... and i do not need anyone who may have a grudge due to this, coming over to where my car is kept and doing anything to it. And before yall even think that this person or his friends wouldnt do it... they probably would.
Like Yoshi said... if you need me pm me. Thanks.

Also guys... and Maddie (heehe)... im gonna ask off for this little shin-dig next weekend... i dunno if they'll give it to me, but if they do... im there. I cant wait to see yall... its been a little while.

anyone know which screw will back down the idel on the turbo 2 models??? i turned all the ones i know of that controlls it.. the one that is under the top mount intercooler and the other one that is right behind the altinator.
the idel wont go no lower then 1700-1500 rpm........ and i dont have any vac leaks now.... when i had vac leaks i could get the idel down to 1000rpm-900rpm any ideas?? the car will start up on the first start now and im enjoying the new motor. all i have to do now is wait on that drive shaft and catalitic convertor......

thanks

i dont use the screws to set my idle , if the car is set up right , most times you use the throttle cable to set the idle , good luck

Thank you very much hun! I knew i didnt have to tell yall not to give it out, but it made me feel better just to say it anyways. I know we both have a ton going on... its crazy. Urgh. Ill be happy once its all over. But honestly, i dont put it past anyone to do something horrible to someone else's property. I mean honestly we both know the whole situation and things HAVE been stolen and what not, yah know? I just pretty much assume anyone is capable of almost anything.
I really hope they give me the night off too... its been wayyyyyy too long since ive seen you. Im pretty sure ill get it off though... they usually give me the schedule i want.

No no no....

While I don't know how the TII set idle speed, I know on the GSLSE has a screw mounted over on the passenger side strut tower that you set idle speed with. It is and electrical resistor. If you don't know what it is you would never have any idea that was the purpose of it.

Just turning screws all over on the GSLSE you can realllllllllly get stuff all screwed up. Oh.. and on the GSLSE, without the complete uxhaust, there is NO way to properly set the idle speed. Just be patient and get it all together until then.

Idle on a T2 is controlled through the BAC Valve. The one under the alternator is for the TPS. If you turn your BAC valve and nothing change most likely it's bad like 90% of the T2s out there. One sure way is to unplug it to verify it. If there is no change in idle then it's dead as a door nail.

You still looking to get this exhaust Jerry?

Also, where can I find a front cover gasket for the S5 TII motor?

PS I hate snow.

Still interested, I replied to you a little while back but I guess you missed me! I am over here with the Hampton PD because some punks decided to put bricks on my son's Honda Accord and destroyed his windshield and his rear passenger window. It was around 5 this am. I wish I can catch that person in the act. I would figure out a way to torture them very quickly....

Lovintha, as far as gasket for the front cover I am afraid it's a dealer item only. If you have the o-ring in place where the front cover rides on, you can get away with some good silicone. I have used silicone for the front cover and oilpan many times and had no problems. On the other hand, a gasket doesn't hurt.

hey Turbo , I thought you has mentioned earlier that you had already checked the BAC valve and it seemed to be working fine ????.You have so many things to consider before you actualy think about driving the car .

Have you taken care of the replacing the non turbo ECU with a working Turbo ECU ??

replaced the wirring harness

I know you have the down pipe , but have you ordered the rest of the exaust .

I think you mentioned you needed a O2 sensor , also you are still running the stock harness ??? have you figured out the cluster of sensors .

These are the things I'd be working on before I even tried to get the car to idle

Good luck , just leave a post and I'll try to help

yeah i put into account of things i also need to address i got a bosch o2 sensor that is tapped into the harness where it needs to be .as far as a turbo ecu...there is no way i can check that cause i only have a n333 and it works....in most aspects just doesnt controll the coil packs?? im best guess to that is to just buy the electrical harness and the front harness .or rewire the non turbo electrical harness to the turbo setup .....headache!
but as for now i can use the non turbo harness/ecu to get all the bugs worked out...
Also as far as help goes" i do need it, like anyone else" lol ,when i get that custom driveshaft ill need help in putting the new tranny fluid .
the rest of the exhaust will have to wait on my next paycheck... my plan for that is use the RB DP with a regular high flow cat "whatever brand" and reuse the non turbo Y pipe with its mufflers since its still in good shape.

"the cluster of sensors" yes i got all the sensor going to what there needed to be and are working to there normal operating aspects/ranges. i liked it when the gauges where going crazy if you ask me ! coolant reading overheated yeat i havent even ran the car nor even started it lol.....
i think i would be better off just dropping a 5.0 mustang motor to get the kind of kick out the car that i want.... HAh

you Democrate, dropping a 5.0 in to this car is a sin against the mazda gods , and the funny thing is , if you ever do get this car running right , then it would beat the 5.o you thought about putting into it , hahaa

Im have always tried to keep things simple , so why would you try to re wire something , that you are not sure of, when you can simply plug another one in .As far as an ECU , I told you I had one when you were ready .

Hope this help s

[QUOTE=turbo2SE]yeah i put into account of things i also need to address i got a bosch o2 sensor that is tapped into the harness where it needs to be . This is great , but the O2 sensor does not come into play until the car warms up

.as far as a turbo ecu...there is no way i can check that cause i only have a n333 and it works....in most aspects just doesnt controll the coil packs?? I have the ECU

im best guess to that is to just buy the electrical harness and the front harness .
now you r thinking why wast your time on rewirring

Also as far as help goes" i do need it, like anyone else" lol ,when i get that custom driveshaft . why do you need a custome drive shaft . i thought you had a turbo rear end ????

ill need help in putting the new tranny fluid . Put the new fluid in before you put in the new tranny?????

"the cluster of sensors" yes i got all the sensor going to what there needed to be and are working to there normal operating aspects/ranges. how do you know they are in the right ranges , remember your ecu is different , you might be doing all this work counting on this ECU to find out theyare alot different

Sorry to stand here and preach , but we keep going over the same stuff . I know you want to get this car up and running , but Im trying to save you a ton of headachs . exaust is the last thing you need.

Good luck

if you have a floor jack, thats all you need , I agree a second pair of hands is a big help . Just wondering what you would pay for the harness you need . Im sure with a little looking I could find one .
