I took it for a few passes at the a local 1/4 strip with msd 6a and a few with the jacobs. From feel only I am going on not a dyno yet.

I think the jacobs was more consistant, I was able to chirp all the way thru 3d. I put a rev limit at 7k for now so I don't do something stupid. Also did a full tuneup. Running 2nd gen plugs. And a 20-50 due to the heat right now.

Did kinda feel like I need to take a look at the driveshaft. lol. Felt hard slam and not being familiar with first gens full, not sure how much of that I should feel.

No matter what both ignition systems felt immediate gains over stock. Also tried with 2nd gen coil.

Upgrade the alternator to a 3rd gen one. It will fit right in and you only have to change one wire.

Not sure, I ran one in my car for a while with no issues even with my big *** stereo running. I have since switched to a 140amp AC Delco unit. You could post that question in the 3rd gen section and probably get an answer.

I have a relocation bracket so mine is sitting on the side of the motor, not the top. Can't tell you if its a direct bolt in because of that.
