I have H&R springs on my car and they waived it at the Belair VEIP station. Just make sure you show up when it is really busy there and there are a lot of cars waiting in line. Never underestimate how lazy state workers are, they could care less whether you pass or not, you are just another car they have to get through, and more work. They took one look at my car when I pulled up, and told me to pull around because I was too low. If they ask you to go through, tell them you are to low and if they scratch your car you are gonna sue, and tell them you've been waived before and you'll just go somewhere else where they will waive you. If they still insist, just leave and go somewhere else.

If the car is lowered you should be fine. Just claim that you dont want damage to the car because it will not get over the rollers. They wil give you a waiver
