Hmm... I've still got the Tein springs that came on my FD (was with KYB shocks) if you're interested... I got coilovers several years back so I don't need them anymore. I live in Gambrills so coming by to check them out should be easy.

 

I have a fc so i dont think they would work. Be pretty sweet though since im right in crofton.

My FD is currently plastidipped anthracite gray metallic. It was matte black a few years ago.

Nice, that's minutes away from some great driving roads out in the countryside. Maybe we can arrange a short cruise after the C&C some morning.

Picked up the FD a few weeks ago after the stock hood was painted. Apparently my car is a "fuc... piece of ****" according to the owner at D&V auto body. Disturbing and shocking experience dealing with Kevin ... I will never use them again. Just happy to get my car back !

 

Okay I'll bite. Why did a shop owner call the nicest, show-winningest FD in the area a POS?

 

LOL, its a parking lot conversation Matt. But my best bet was Kevin was off his meds that day or very bipolar. Decent shop for insurance repairs but not a place for one of our cars.

How has the racing been going ? I have been on the DL since most of my life went to crap at the end of 2014, but digging out of the hole slowly. Getting the FD back on the road is very high on the list.

I need to hit hardware store on my ride home so I will stop at CF to see if any brave folks ride there FD's in this heat.

Welp.

Checking a few things before taking my FC in for inspection, one lug falls off in my hand with part of the stud in it.

 

I never made it out, stuff came up. We'll have to plan in advance some time so we get more than one or two folks out. I am planning on doing a new color for the FD this fall, should be interesting if I can pull it off

 

Anyone going to the CDC AutoX on the 15th?
