Fellas, once again, I disapoint

Been sick all week, actually in bed. I am finally getting back on my feet (and th internet for that matter), but I am in no shape to go out and have fun.

Well, fawk. Apparently Sunday morning they are running the Army Ten Miler race and the course coincides with some of our route. They start early but, I doubt they will be fully clear of the route by the time we want to drive on it. I may have to reconfigure our route to avoid this. I will try and re-post once I have this all figured out.

Everything is still on schedule. As before, departure is 10am from IHOP.

I have faith in you Rocky! I got my exhaust gaskets installed last night and she purrs like a dream. On the other hand I am still having boost issues that have been a problem since I purchased the car. However, I am on for the cruise this Sunday and I'm excited to meet some other enthusiasts.

 

It's a shame this isn't happening next Sunday, as I will be travelling through MD on my way to Langley AFB, VA. I'll be taking my FD down and it'd be awesome to meet up with some other Rotary guys on the way. The trip doesn't take me through DC , but going through DC only adds 15 minutes to the trip so it isn't far out of my way.

I am not really happy that we will be missing all the Memorials, but at least we still have a decent route. Unfortunately at one point we have to hit surface streets, so this route will not be as smooth as the intended.

Also, I have not pre-run all of this route so there may be some surprises. If I wake up early and chipper I may try and hit some of the important sections before IHOP, but with as late as it is now, that seems unlikely.

You should sign up for the autoX TnT that will be held in Frederick, Md. (Capital Driving Club) on that day if you can. I'll be there, though maybe not in a 7

With as many parts as I've ordered in the last week or so, I may or may not be going through on Sunday, but if so I'd definitely check out the Autocross in Frederick. I've got a friend who lives there so I'd probably stop by anyways.

 

Had a blast! Cant wait for next time. Sorry if i didnt make it too ledo's pizza. I totally forgot i had 2 dogs in crates since i left my house at 730am....
