Connecticut Emissions

I just picked up a beautiful 85 SE. Here is what the PO did:

Removed rat's nest
Removed catalytic converters
Installed an S4 intake manifold and throttle body
Installed a Bonez cold air intake
Installed a RB street header/dual exhaust

How far back to stock do you guys think I have to go to pass emissions in CT?

I just passed emissions. with all my emissions (kinda ) removed. All you really need is a good air pump and a cat , and you should be good to go.
