I removed my throttle body , cleaned it , now engine idles high

Throttle cable? Did you twist the idle bypass screw at the top?

Sounds like you either threw the adjustment screw off or enduced a vacuum leak.

check the sensor on the throttle body (tps) with an ohm meter. make sure it all reads within the specified levels. then adjust the idle screw if necessary. there should be a write up of it somewhere on here. really simple to do.
