Time for another epic Mazda Cape Cod Run for 2010. I have many ideas for this years meet. One of which involves the new Mazda dealer that just opened up here. I have also contacted Mazda to see if they will send another goodie package for this year.

The plan is to bring as many Mazda folks together for this meet as possible, much like 2008 in that we had everyone from all the other Mazda forums involved.

Great news!

I met with the GM of our local Mazda dealership and a bunch of sales reps. They are interested in having us meet there. He's going to talk with his marketing manager to see what they can do for us.

Off topic, but why is it almost every sales rep have no clue about the cars they are selling? First they thought my car was not stock color. Then one guy thought I had aftermarket seats with red inserts, and another saying, "That's a limited option...only 3,000 were made in that style." Seriously?

I told them it's factory Velocity Red and the seats are stock. One guy even said, "I have never seen this color before."

 

back like 3 years ago i brought my FB to the mazda in middletown and they asked me if i was selling my Datsun. i was like what the ****.

 

^people think my 240sx is an Integra sometimes. I feel your pain.

Most sales reps. have no idea what they are selling. Its pathetic.

Itinerary
1. Meet at the canal bridge

2. Cruise on RT.6 (Great rolling shot photo opportunities)

3. Meet at Cape Cod Mazda, directly off RT.6 exit 8. (everyone will receive a free Mazda hat)
Raffle includes:
