As much as I enjoy beer, and as handy as I am with a multimeter, I don't know much on FD's.

Thumbs up

The tps voltage can be adjusted with a PFC commander if you have one. Here is what you do. Warm up the engine, leave it idling and then check and make sure the first idle cam has seperated, then stop the engine but the leave the key in the on position. Loosen up the two screws on the back side of the tps (you need a shorty screwdriver) Or if you can' reach it then you will need to go ahead and pop the manifold loose to get acces to those screws, but leave the TPS connected. You will need one person to make the adjustments on the TPS and one person to look at the commander , or DVOM if that is what you are using. Plus they have to actually move the gas pedal.
So anyway the narrow range is as follows, fully closed should be between .75v-1.25v, then closed to open is 1.v-5.v and WOT is 4.8v-5.v
The full range should be fully closed .1v-.7v, closed to open is .4v-4.3v and WOT is 4.2v-4.6v

It's hard to get it to fall perfectly in the middle of all the ranges because even a **** hair throws the voltage way out. Just get it best possible in between and you will be all good. When you get it there tighten the screws up real good and then have your celebratory brew.

I'd help but you live far and I have to work the next two Saturdays in a row. B-O-O H-O-O

Well I guess I'll have to drive out your way and bring the beer to you?
